Health Angels Home Care Providers, LLC is a family owned and operated home health care company. It was founded in 2018, with the sole mission of providing our community with individualized, dependable, specialty in-home care services. Our offices are conveniently located in the heart of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, and we serve Middlesex County and the neighbouring towns in the State of Massachusetts.

Our aim is to provide high quality of care by putting the patient first, understanding each individual patient, their needs, and personalizing our services to their specific needs. Using our systematic individualized patient-centered approach to caregiving, we partner with individuals and families to formulate home support/care solutions that enhance safety, quality of life and the health of our patients.

Our in-home services are accessible, affordable, and they revolve around your needs and demands.
You can contact us Monday to Friday 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. at our office phone (617) 588-5020. After normal business hours, call our regular phone number. Your call will be forwarded to our on-call phone line. Our on-call nurse or on-call scheduler will return your call.
